During a trip to Amsterdam, Netherlands there was an official tourist guide for the city where information was available for tourists to find the most relevant information for their trip. The following pages structured the book in an interesting and informative layout, with content categorised by area. As you can see from the images below the ares are themed with colour, interesting typefaces, and relevant imagery to the specific area. I thought this was a great way to represent each area I cover within Frog Voyage.
A further inspection of each image shows a map in the background faded out with a semi transparent colour overalyed with a slogan suggesting what the area is famous for with the main text themed in a traditional way with referencing imagery to the local culture. What is interesting to note is that the text is styled with different fonts, making every page unique, this is critial as I am yet to complete my font research .
